Meet the Owners
Block One Real Estate is owned and operated by Alex and Maci Hickman, an Edmond husband-and-wife real estate team with experience spanning residential sales, new construction, commercial real estate, investment properties, and development.
Alex serves as the Managing Broker, and Maci is a Broker Associate. Together, they created Block One with a vision of building a locally focused brokerage where clients receive knowledgeable, personal service and agents have the support, resources, and freedom to grow successful businesses of their own.
As active real estate professionals and members of the Edmond community, Alex and Maci understand that every transaction represents more than a property.
